When we initially ordered the rugs from Cabin Collectibles, we did so not really sure what to expect in terms of reliability and service. But when our rugs arrived earlier than advertised, we were pleasantly surprised. It only got better. Once the carpets were in the house, we realized we’d ordered a size slightly too large for one of them and that the next smaller size was going to be most appropriate. With trepidation we endeavored to return the rug, and were pleasantly surprised at Juniper’s responsiveness to facilitate the exchange. In the process, the manufacturer sent the wrong size, but before we even realized it, Cabin Collectibles had already sent me an email to notify me and within 24 hours UPS was back to pick up the incorrect rug, with zero effort or expense on our behalf. I have to tell you, I started having second thoughts about the "burgundy and mustard" combination, but you were absolutely right....it's PERFECT! The colors blend together to give it an "orangish" color and the green matches almost perfectly with another braided rug I have in the room. You just can't know how thrilled we are with this rug! And it didn't need to be assembled :) My decor of choice is Southwestish and this is perfect. Things are looking up and this was an excellent first choice. I have managed a liquor store in "Mayberry" USA for 8 years and had it delivered there. Of course I had to open it. I had quite a few people impressed. I know I want another! I am a smoker and it will need to be washed with something more than water. Murphy's oil soap OK, do you think? Sorry to have rambled on but I REALLY love it!!! Are there any other pieces available?
